Post Supplements to help with low blood sugar?

Hi,

I've been trying low carb seriously for about two weeks now, but am having serious bouts of low blood sugar (when I test it's in the 60's). I've always had low blood sugar, so it's not caused by the diet, but I can't function this way. I hate to give up because I have lost weight already--is there something you guys know of that will facilitate the fat/protein to energy conversion? Or help my brain use ketones?

I think I am eating enough food and often enough--my brain just wants its glucose!

I have tried the usual supplements recommended (chromium, vanadium, gymnesta, etc.), but they all tend to LOWER my blood sugar. Please help, before I collapse!
