Holiday in Poland
I am still in the induction phase of Atkins and I plan to stay there at least another couple weeks or even longer.
But I am about to face my first BIG challenge.
I am going to Poland for a week's holiday in 2 weeks time!
How to survive and maintain my low carb diet in Poland!
Anyone familiar with Polish food and can help me navigate through this minefield?
I am keen to try traditional Polish food. For me cuisine is a big part of travelling.
I'm also thinking about maybe using carb-blockers so that I can be allowed the odd transgression.
Any tips?
