I came to this forum when Jimmy Moore closed the forum on livinlavidalowcarb. This group is very welcoming and extremely helpful. Friendly, even. Most of the good stuff is in the individual journals. We do lots of self experimentation (n=1) and share our results as well as all the ups and downs our WOE can bring. Like everything else in life, you get out what you put in.
