I went to the gym today and I added a machine to my workout.
Leg Push: 100lbs 12 times 2 reps
Leg Extension : 60lbs 12 times 2 reps
Leg Curl: 60lbs 12 times 2 reps
Hip Abduction: 90lb 12 times 2 repss
Hip Adduction: 80lbs 12 times 2 reps

I did my 3.0 on the treadmill for 15 minutes.. I'm getting stronger, though right now my legs still feel rubbery.
