I love exercising on my rebounder. I have had it for years and since I hate exercise, it's usually the only thing I'll do regularly. Right now my rebounder is down in the basement--this thread has reminded me that I should bring it upstairs and start exercising these last 14 pounds away.
There is a book called: The Miracles of Rebound Exercise that's a great read. It's written by Albert E. Carter. You might check your library for it.
I also have an exercise video that I'd ordered online. I don't remember where though. Even the beginning video is quite a work-out--I never could get through the whole thing.
