jumpy calf muscles
Hi all,
I've been on and off the adkins diet for a while and lately my calf muscles have been twiching like crazy. I'm on a multivitamin and take extra potassium. Does anyone else have this? I took a week off of the diet during Thanksgiving and the symptoms went away. Now after a few days back on the diet they've returned. Help?
