The last 5 or even 10 (as for me) is always the killer. You really need the will power and determination to get to the goal.
It really plays a trick on you, because you see how far you ahve come..adn you look good, so you think you lsack off a bit..I know that is exactly how I feel. But I will never make my goal if I don't stick with it full steam ahead, just as if I had 100+ pounds to lose.

As for the soup...I am sure there are some nasty carbs in there. But if you are going to use it as a treat, and not as a regualr meal all the time. I would say go ahead have some, maybe only half a cup to see what it does to you system (ie cravings, water gain. etc)

The soup does sound wonderful..hmm.

Keep the spirit up! And you will be hitting you goal in no time.
