Shred Level 1
Zumba (pending how my knee feel)

I guess I should note here, because I injured my knee slightly, it's difficult doing high impact exercises. When doing Shred I have to improvise, i.e.

- low impact jumping jacks (alternate moving each leg individually)
- low impact jump rope (keep toes on floor & lift heel only)
- low impact kick butt (jog in place lifting feet slightly)
- low impact lunges (bend knees only a few inches)

Strange enough, while I can't bend my knees to do lunges, I have no problem doing squats, although I can't get down as low as I would like. Maybe, it's because when doing lunges all of the weight is on one knee, whereas, with squats the weight is distributed evenly between both knees.
