I'm adding in the month before as I like to compare my numbers. I brought my weight down a few lbs. on purpose with some extra fasting. I like the way I look, and feel great, plus fluctuating between 119 and 123 just psychologically makes me feel more comfortable. I find it amazing, at this weight, how easy it is to tweek and adjust things and that small changes bring results quickly.
I've added planks and pushups to my daily routine, to try and tone up my midsection muscles. I have loose skin there, but not much as my top weight was only around 160, so I'm hoping some excersice will help that to dissappear.
