Thanks for the Denise Minger link, teaser. Yes, I fully agree with her that the Blood Type diet is just a big load of garbage.
My blood type is A, which from memory means I am supposed to do best on a vegetarian diet. Couldn't be more wrong! I am much healthiest on a meat/fish/eggs heavy diet with a few veggies thrown in here and there. Dairy occasionally.
And dcc0455, as I'm sure you've worked out for yourself, any food, no matter how "healthy" sounding is no good for YOU if it gives you cravings and binges. Maintenance ain't for the faint hearted, but it's worth it! Just looking in the mirror tells us that.
