I've just made my own Jerky this weekend - is so delicious. Bought an Eye of Round roast, about 7 lbs, and then cut into really thin strips - purchased a jerky spice variety kit from Bass Pro Shop in Calgary... 12 hours later... fresh jerky. Amazing  |
