I don't have a weight goal for August, and am fine if I don't lose any weight for now. I will be more than happy if I manage to stick to LC.

I made it through the month! (Er, well, after today.) It's getting easier in some ways, but still hard in others. I was feeling a little down yesterday. Could be many things, but I was definitely craving the carbs for emotional escape. So my goal for next month will be the same for this one, to be able to stick with this way of eating every day.
