Maintaining for the last three or four months here - 37, no kids but four cats, married to a wonderful guy. Oh, and I'm a nurse in a clinic for people with IBD. Fun fun!

I only moderately reduce carbs (to good carbs, 40% of daily calories) but I hang out here since it's a great forum.
