Just make sure you don't go over the 4 oz limit per day on cheese. That really isn't all that much.
I have soy protein powder from Universal Nutrition brand. It has zero carbs and is good for baking. Not sure if they all are. I like to either add some water and 1 tbsp oil and make pudding or make it into pancakes. I could live off of the pancakes they are so good! 1 scoop powder, 1 egg, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp oil. Enjoy!
