I had the same problem with the NovaMax. As soon as I abandoned it and went to a True Result, my high glucose normalized. And much of my angst over higher than expected readings evaporated.

Then the True Result was recalled and for quite a while I've been looking for a new meter and strips. Thanks for the confirmation that the Bayer, which is on my list, is well rated. It may be time to order it.
