Yeah me too! I ran low last week and it was not a pretty sight! I take mine for the depression that comes as part of my PTSD. (I know, too much information.) I don't have SAD though, unless they have a variant that makes you more depressed the MORE the sun is out! Summer just melts my synapses!  |
