Exactly. ALL salt is sea salt. Some is more processed, or has additives (table salt). But ALL salt is sea salt. And, even if you use "a lot" of salt, you are still using very little in comparison to all the other things you eat. It is a condiment, not a major food source. I don't use much salt in any case (I don't particularly like salty food), but even if you do ... really, how many more minerals are you getting from the salt you choose? Use what you like, and what you can afford, but (in my opinion) there is a lot of hype over the different kinds of salt.
