Good for you! That is such an awesome weight loss goal. I try not to count carbs, too much because I know once I absolutely abstain from something I have to get my hands on it. Instead, I have been removing bread from my diet and incorporating different less carb items, like Wasa. I actually do some work with the social media team so it has given me a chance to learn more about it. Plus, it tastes good and makes me feel a little less guilty when I eat a crispbread with chocolate almond butter.
Does anyone else do this?
