I'm curious too! I just started at a gym about 2 weeks ago, and she gave me a general outline of how many grams of sugar to eat per day (she gave me 35g. per day) and was stressing protein a lot.
I'm 5'2 and 128.
I'm doing cardio every trip to the gym (5 days a week) for about 30-35 min, and strength training every other trip to the gym.
