Geez, good thing I wandered out of the Java Room. Didn't know I was being summoned.
As for "doing" the protein minimums, all I do is look it up in a chart in Protein Power Lifeplan. According to your stats, you should have a minimum of 46 grams per meal. That's the equivalent of around 7 to 8 ounces of protein per meal. And that's your minimum. You can, and probably should, have more.
