Adding my name back to list.

I've been having issues since mid March. The stuff that's been going on w/ my mom and now everything with J's heart surgery coupled with longer hours at work have wrecked havoc on my woe. As a result I am up almost 20lbs from my goal weight. Need to get it in check now before it's too late and I am back where I started. Definitely worked too hard and too long to have that happen!
