I have out of town company and it is so hard to stay on program when you have people eating all kinds of different foods, and mainly we were on the road most all the day long!
They have left now, and I plan to get back on program in the morning. However, I am sure I have some pounds to get rid of to get back where I was. Dang it! Went to Kountry Katfish........and you know how that goes!!!!!! Gotta stay away from that place!!!!!!!!!!
I will be thinking of you as you go to Choir Practice ! Don't over do the singing. LOL LOL
