good morning everyone. last night i hit dollar tree and aldis. i bought some containers for food prep and some needed produce. last night i did my snack bins. i have one bin in the fridge with protein choices, the other with veggies. i also made veggie soup which is just fat free broth and and pureed veggies. everything is in baggies or containers. i have lunch packed for both today and tommorrow too. i made two salads for today and tommorrow using left over grilled chicken from dinner. i have also planned our meals until sunday (sunday is going to be my meal prep day). i will fill the snack bin on an as needed basis to make life easier.
