Default Any of you guys found cheese a problem?

I've been low carbing for about 4 weeks - lost nothing.

I've read that cheese can stall weight loss so I'm going to cut it out from today. I will miss it, but as long as I can still cook with cream and butter then it shouldn't be so bad.

I thought it was the odd glass of red wine, but I lost when I had that (a llb down) and re-gained it when I gave it up. I am trying to work out in my head what could be causing the problem and I think when I lost, on those days I didn't eat cheese.

I expected a slow, steady weight loss because of my history, my age and the medication I take but....nothing?

I know if I don't eat anything at all I lose - so, even with the problems I have with meds/history etc I should be able to drop at least a pound a week.

Sorry for the rant, just feeling very down - carrying this blubber around is making me very depressed. I just want to get rid of it
