Nancy my free t's showed the distinct drop in conversion from T4 to T3 in my labs. It binds conversion in the bloodstream.
A lowcarb WOL didn't do it all for me either...I have to have my T3 or I just am not worth getting up in the morning...and I have to work out several times a week.
