Were any of the products you used fat free or reduced fat? And did you adjust the amounts for the ingredients? When I ran this through MyPlan, it looked to be a little over 3 carbs. I added values for the topping, pepper and parsley as well. The whole recipe was 23.21 carbs minus 3.31 grams fiber, for a total of 19.9 carbs. Divided by 6, it comes out to 3.316 carbs per serving.
I just wanted to let you know my findings.
