I made this the other night with the tuna and it was awesome...but tonight I made it with turkey (soooo much leftover from Thanksgiving!!!)....and it was equally as good. I think it would be great tasting with almost any meat, maybe even hamburger or buffalo.

I entered the ingredients for the tuna casserole into the My P.L.A.N. and I got it to be about 10 carbs for six servings, considerably more than the 4 that I read here....not sure what to think but I'm going with the higher.
