I've tried many shapes and brands and I love the miracle rice. bc they are small pieces you don't get the rubbery effect. I will cook a meal that typically is served over rice (say shrimp victoria which has a sour cream sauce, or chicken with spinach in cream/cheese sauce) and eat mine over the miracle rice. I have auto delivery of 6 pack a month from Amazon. You can also buy the angel hair and cut into small pieces but that's a lot of work.

As pp stated, do not let the fishy smell when you first open it turn you off. If you boil and roast there is no more smell.
