Well I actually broke down and got myself a treadmill. I used to run in college (thats how I lost all my weight then) and I'd do it outside. Of course I lived in Illinois at the time. It'd get hot there too. ANd I'd put on one of those vinyl suits and put sweats over it and run outside...I would get home and could literally hear the sweat sloshing around at my ankles and wrists. When I;d take the suit off, there'd be like a cup of sweat. It was great! But now I'd prob keel over if I tried to run outside. It's 100 today and supposed to get hotter, there is NO way. So basically I run in the mornings, well jog rather. THis week was all cardio and some lifting. I don't want to start lifting till I get really good in a habit about working out. I figure that if I can stay on this real good, then next week I'll get the vinyl suit But I'm still staying inside!
