I can't speak for anyone else but in the first few weeks while adapting to the diet, I felt pretty bad, but started improving 2-3 weeks in. Its small improvements over time, but when I look back and remember how I was, there is quite a difference. I'm back on plan after a few weeks off and I have more pain in the first few weeks, but compared to how I felt pre 0 grain LC, its far less.
