I am cutting out the raw almonds although I do not have bad BM's after eating them. I will cut out the soy and wheat now and still leave out the dairy. This is harder than I originally thought. But, maybe the problem was not dairy and it was wheat all along. I did eat ricotta cheese last night and did not bloat or have gas.
