hi-
mu planned RM last night was great! Really enjoyed it.
Tonight is leftover pot roast with mushrooms. I'll have mine with the rest of the cauliflower. Dh will have rice. Not sure about carb yet.
I'm going to make a big pot of cabbage soup tomorrow- will be RM maybe for the next 2-3 days. DH is out of town for the weekend so I am on my own. I love soup- more like a strew- so I'll see.
