Hi Cocoatime, thanks for stopping by! "legs" means I'm working out my lower body. I put on ankle weights and I do leg lifts, donkey kicks, mountain climbers, etc...It's really harder with ankle weights but I find I lose weight faster when I include leg workouts. I'm doing meat & eggs. It's how I lost weight the first time so I'm sticking to it.
