I'm following you with interest. I'm not sure I could down 50g of protein within 30 minutes of rising. That's like 6 eggs!
Just out of curiosity, how do you know if you've reversed your leptin resistance? I know there are leptin blood tests, but they're kind of expensive.
I have some gelatin granules I could put into a breakfast drink. I'll have to check their protein content.
