I guess I haven't posted here for a bit. The bikini ready dvd really got me good. I was incredibly sore for a long time. I did that on Tuesday and really couldn't do anything again until Friday! Even on Friday/Saturday I was sore from it.
On Friday I did the walk and jog 2.5 mile WATP
also 2.2 miles on the treadmill
Today (Sunday) I did bikini dvd and I tried to walk on the treadmill afterwards. After I did the dvd I sat down for maybe 5 minutes and when I got up I felt like barfing. I still got on the treadmill, but a minute into it I started gagging so I gave up. I need to make up 1.2 pounds somewhere down the line. This is the first time I'm short of the 20 mile goal.
