Yes all those symptoms. I used to have soy sauce and a little bit but I just totally stopped all of it too. La Choy Soy Sauce has no wheat in it. I've been using that for a long time. I'm going to check my cat's food for gluten. Thanks for the tip. I have a sick cat with cancer. Maybe it will help her.
