Mon: Spinning (this class was 1 hour) = 60 min
Tues: Too busy today - 0 min = 60 week
Wed: Elliptical 20 min & 15 min weights - 35 min = 95 week
Thurs: Treadmill (10 min) - too busy didn't happen - 0 = 95 week
Fri: Spinning (45 min) - sleepy didn't get up - 0 = 95 week
Sat: Treadmill (1 mile)
Sun: Treadmill (1 mile)
I think instead of trying to exercise every day for 10 min or more, I'm going to have a goal for the week, like 150 min total. Then try to increase it every week.
