My aunties cupboards & fridges are loaded with fat free everything and Weight Watchers stuff.
Otherwise, definitely bread, lots of it. Crackers (Nips, Wheat Thins), pretzels, sugary dressings, desserts. They eat a combination of everything. Like a breading coated fried or baked chicken breast (or grilled w/sugary BBQ sauce), a mound of mashed potatoes, corn and a dessert, like some caramel/chocolate/peanut butter Cool Whip creation.
ETA: forgot to list what they avoid. Vegetables, real butter, fat on meat, olive oil (this I just don't get), anything sugar free because it just doesn't "taste right".
