Alrighty. My official starting weight is: 152.
I wish to be down to 145 by the end of January.

My exercise goals are as follows:

Exercise Bike: 3x a week.
Skiing (if weather permits): 1x a week
Pilates/TaeBo: 2x a week.

I want to start off slow and work my way up. It's the only way I will ever stick with it.

I am also still semi-doing the "High Fat Honey" challenge, so I hope that will jump start my weight loss as well.
