Oh, I forgot to answer the question...
Here are the supplements I on:
Siberian ginseng (it has to be siberian)
Vits B and C (especially panthothenic acid) sp?
Licorice
Dessicated bovine adrenals
No caffeine
No smoking
No alcohol
A good nights sleep every night.
Lessen your burden of stress if possible.
I am doing the Vit D experiment, so I am also taking calcium and D. And I take evening primrose oil at night before bed.
