Default Thank you

Yes I have that too but not as often. I have to press on my eyes slightly with my eyes closed to relieve the pressure.

I am so happy to have found your post cause I was just reading your symptoms of adrenal exhaustion and I have that every day. I wake up feeling very agitated which I know is from high cortisol levels I also never felt like I slept at all.,Sometimes it takes me till around 3 pm to feel a bit calmer ,but agitated would be the way I feel. I get extremely fatigued about 7-8 am and I used to want to go back to bed or just couldn't stay awake and had a very slow day. IT used to be worse but somewhat better over the past 5 years since I work at home now and am not raising my 3 kids alone.

WHAT are you on for adrenal supplements. I have tried all kinds of stuff over the years but I haven't been very consistent about taking it. I would like to find out more about this.

Debbie

PS Did you start an online journal ? couldn't find one for you.
