Arlene, what a great validation for the low carb way of eating!

So am I. I love the fact that there's always some new to learn. Not only does it help to keep things fresh, but we may come across something that works even better for us than what we've been doing previously, and as far as I'm concerned, that is one of the keys to lifelong maintenance.
