Epic Bar - pork cracklings! They are a snack with pork fat and fried skin attached, and they are tasty. I bought mine at the local grocery store in the organic section. I think they would be extra yummy mixed into a recipe or as a topping to something (casserole maybe?). Not sure if they are sold in France though.
