I drink a cup of hot water with a bouilen cube in it and add a 1/4 tsp of pottasium (fake salt) to my broth. Its not to salty to drink and its kinda nice having something hot right now. I drink that twice a day and feel great, if I miss a day, the next day I'm having problems.
