Okay, Lowco, I'll join you in that challenge. I have cut out sweets this past week and cut down some in fat and added more exercise and have had a good weight loss this week. I was stalled before that with all the holiday goodies that I kept having.
My carbs this past week have been bread and peanut butter or a few nuts and it has made a big difference by not having sweets.
So, here's to a great 30 days dessert free for us!
