Being new to lc myself, I found the 'Vegetarian Low-Carb Diet' (book & cookbook) very helpfull: it contains meal plans for the first fase (20g of carbo), but allows a bit more variation then Atkins (nuts, etc)
It helped me through the first 2 weeks
