I made pumpkin cheesecake mousse for Christmas Eve. Very good, but next time I'll double the spice. VERY low carb, and so rich.
The recipe made 12 little demitasse cups of dessert, with enough to mound over the tops of the cups.
As there were only three of us for dinner that night, Husband (who is NOT a lowcarber) and I have been eating the leftovers, day by day. Since he grabs his without urging, I know the recipe is a keeper.
