Just wanted to thank you all for your patience. Appears Atkins was really not for me, I just don't do well with all that cream and high fat levels. Finally the scale moved on PP - I lost 2 pounds - not earth shattering but definitely moving. I feel better on PP - thanks for the support. let's see how the rest of passover goes - so many of my favourite foods to say no to
