Made beef veggie soup yesterday. Put some cubed round steak I got on sale in the pot with some beef broth and cooked it for 30 minutes, then added the veggies for 5 minutes low pressure. Yummy. used celery, onion, baby carrots, kohlrabi, mushrooms, and broccoli.
