Hey all, just adding in my gain "officially" since it hasn't gone away yet. On a better note, the fam and I (plus MIL of course) went to Steak 'n Shake which is a major fave of MIL's since Oregon doesn't have Steak 'n Shake. I was VERY good: had a triple steakburger sans bun, side salad, cottage cheese, and caffeine free Diet Coke. It helped that everybody ordered strawberry milkshakes since I really only crave the chocolate ones, LOL! Haven't been able to exercise much, but I'm going to try to fit it in tonight.
